The space

Please note: The windows do not have shutters, but curtains (not blackout).

Caluire is a charming, lively village. The many buses just outside the building will take you to the legendary districts of Lyon for sightseeing.

The town of Caluire-et-Cuire perfectly balances the amenities of Lyon with a high quality of life for its residents.

Awarded "Ville Fleurie," the town offers walking trails, a Greenway ideal for peaceful strolls, and landscaped parks, making it a beloved space for nature lovers. The beauty of Parc Saint-Clair will convince you to stop by.

You’ll also discover the impressive Usine des Eaux de Saint-Clair dating back to 1854, a listed historical monument, where guided tours are regularly held.

Not far from the apartment, you’ll find the banks of the Saône, where three of Paul Bocuse's iconic restaurants are located: Brasserie Fond Rose, Brasserie L'Ouest, and the renowned Restaurant L'Abbaye de Collonges.

GARE DE PART-DIEU / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu Station, take bus C6 toward Campus Lyon Ouest and get off at Parc Tête d'Or Duquesne. Then, take bus 38 toward Caluire - Pl. Bascule and get off at Hôpital Croix-Rousse. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress toward Lyon Part-Dieu Station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie, take Metro A toward Perrache, and get off at Hôtel de Ville L. Pradel. Then, take bus C13 toward Montessuy Gutenberg and get off at Hôpital Croix-Rousse. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.
