The space

Discover this charming, tastefully decorated accommodation which will welcome you with a spacious living room with a sofa and a retro projector for your optimal comfort.
In the kitchen, you will find a Television with the NETFLIX application to which you can connect. (we do not provide access). This same room includes a dining table, in the living room you have an armchair and a sofa to relax in front of while watching your films on the overhead projector!

In this friendly environment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchen utensils available on site. There is also a bright bedroom with a Queen size double bed (160x200cm) as well as a functional bathroom but not only that, you will also have:

-Air conditioner
- Oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
-TV with NETFLIX app (we do not provide access)
-Rear projector
- Ironing equipment
- Household linen provided (sheets and towels)
- Shower (shower gel / shampoo)

≈15 min by VTC from LA GARE PART DIEU (Trains + metro)
≈40 min by VTC from Saint Exupéry airport

Car park :

Parking spaces are free between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. on the street.

Two secure car parks are less than 5 minutes away on foot:

Discover the Bellecour district
Welcome to the heart of Lyon, in the prestigious Bellecour district. Located around the famous Place Bellecour, one of the largest squares in Europe, this vibrant district is the nerve center of the city.

Ideal Location
Bellecour is the ideal starting point for exploring Lyon. A few minutes' walk away, you will find the lively shopping streets of the Presqu'île, the charming alleys of Vieux Lyon, and the majestic Basilica of Fourvière offering a panoramic view of the city.

Animated Life
The area is full of cafes, restaurants, and luxury boutiques. Whether you want to savor Lyonnaise cuisine in a traditional cork, go shopping in renowned brands, or simply stroll along the banks of the Rhône and Saône, Bellecour has it all.

Accessibility
Thanks to its central location, Bellecour is perfectly served by public transport, with metro, bus and tram stations nearby, making it easier to travel throughout the city.

A Historic District
Bellecour is also rich in history and culture. The square itself is surrounded by historic buildings and is home to the equestrian statue of Louis XIV, an emblem of Lyon.

Other things to note

Please note that the accommodation does not have an elevator and is located on the 1st floor. Which means you have to climb stairs. I always prefer to warn rather than have unpleasant surprises in the comments. 😅

In the entrance to the accommodation on the right there is a radiator which is unhooked because the wall needs to be repaired (painting + plaster) the work is planned for this summer I always prefer to warn rather than have surprise reactions from of my travelers.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

I provide you with all household linen on arrival, that is to say linen for each bed as well as a bath towel and a hand towel per person.

WELCOME PRODUCT

I also provide you with some welcome products (coffee, tea, bath products, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these products are in limited quantity to meet the needs of the first few days only.
