The neighborhood

The 8th arrondissement of Lyon is very dynamic with green spaces to relax, the Grange Blanche roundabout where buses and trams T2 and T5 meet. Several hospitals are nearby, including Edouard Herriot and the private Natecia clinic. The Monplaisir street is filled with shops, hairdressers, restaurants, and local stores, making it a real pleasure to stroll. For those looking to unwind, the Maison de la Danse stands near the town hall, and the Bachut media library is open regularly for the curious.

Getting around

From Gare Part-Dieu to the apartment:
Take metro line B towards Gare d'Oullins and get off at Saxe-Gambetta. Then transfer to metro line D towards Gare de Vénissieux and get off at Mermoz. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.

From St Exupéry Airport to the apartment:
Take the Rhône Express to Gare de Part-Dieu, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take bus C15 towards Bachut and get off at Mermoz. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
