Ideally located on Cours Charlemagne, on the first floor of a secure building, this studio is just a 5-minute walk 🚶‍♂️ from Perrache train station, Place Carnot, and the famous Brasserie Georges 🍽️. You can reach Place Bellecour in 10 minutes (on foot or by metro 🚇) and the Confluence district in 10 minutes by tram 🚊. The neighborhood is lively 🎉, with plenty of shops 🛍️, bars 🍷, and restaurants 🍴.

The studio is located on Cours Charlemagne, in the heart of Lyon’s Presqu’île, in the Perrache/Confluence district.
It’s a lively area 🎶 with shops 🛍️, restaurants 🍽️, bars 🍷, and cultural venues 🎭. Within walking distance, you’ll find:

Brasserie Georges (Lyon’s iconic brasserie, 2 min) 🍺
Place Carnot (farmers’ market, 5 min) 🥕
Confluence shopping mall with boutiques, cinema 🎬, and terraces along the Saône River 🌊 (10 min by tram)
