The space

Spacious and unique apartment located in the lively 7th district of Lyon, with all amenities right at the building's doorstep: shops, bars/restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, tobacconists, etc. The Grand Parc Blandan is a 10-minute walk away. The Quais du Rhône with its barges, bars, and restaurants is just a few minutes on foot.

The apartment consists of:

Living room: Convertible sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), coffee table, two chairs, floor lamp, a workspace with a desk and chair, TV, and a large built-in wardrobe.
Open kitchenette: Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, oven, extractor hood, 3-burner stovetop, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Dining area: Large table with 6 chairs.
Shower room: Sink, storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer.
On the mezzanine level:

2 bedrooms separated by a glass partition (with curtains), each equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a lamp. Important: Ceiling height under the mezzanine is 1.80m, ceiling height is 1.10m, no windows.
Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, drying rack, hangers.
Separate WC.

Take metro line B towards Gare d'Oullins, get off at Saxe Gambetta station. The apartment is 5 minutes on foot.

From Saint-Exupéry Airport to the apartment:
Take the Rhônexpress towards Part-Dieu station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Charpennes Charles Hernu. Finally, take metro line B towards Gare d'Oullins and get off at Saxe Gambetta. The apartment is 5 minutes on foot.
