Beautiful, renovated and tastefully decorated studio located in a quiet residential area on Rue Parmentier in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon.

✔ A dining area with two chairs.
✔ A kitchenette with a microwave, a small refrigerator, a 2-burner stovetop, a range hood, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
✔ A shower room with a sink and storage space, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. Toilet.

Upon your arrival, you will find linen and basic products in the apartment.

Regarding linen:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 dish towel for the kitchen, 1 bath mat for the bathroom.
Regarding basic products:

1 shower gel
1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge
Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival
Some cleaning products.

Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon has built a strong identity as an attractive city, thanks to its preserved living environment and the richness of its associative network.
Located in the western part of Lyon, in the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region, and just ten minutes from Place Bellecour, Sainte-Foy overlooks Lyon and the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers. It is surrounded by the municipalities of La Mulatière, Oullins, Francheville, and Lyon 5th.

To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take tram T1 towards Debourg and get off at Perrache. Then take bus C19 towards Francheville Taffignon and get off at Ste Foy Eglise. The apartment is 4 minutes on foot.

AEROPORT St EXUPERY / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Xpress to Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Perrache. Finally, take bus C19 towards Francheville Taffignon and get off at Ste Foy Eglise. The apartment is 4 minutes on foot.
