The neighborhood

Today, the Part-Dieu area is a neighborhood where people work, but also a destination where it's pleasant to live, go out, relax, engage in culture, or create. A bustling place due to its dense public transport network, Part-Dieu is also a destination with its commercial spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops: The neighborhood offers a variety of options. Convenient and concentrated with the Part-Dieu Shopping Center and Les Halles Paul Bocuse, it also has a more dispersed and diverse offering in different parts of the area. In total, there are over 800 shops in the neighborhood, 30% of which are cafés and restaurants. The shopping center houses 240 stores and restaurants and welcomes 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities: Need to relax or unwind? Enjoy a walk on the Nelson Mandela esplanade, attend a concert at the auditorium, watch a film in one of the 14 cinemas, have a night out at the Bourse du Travail, or for sports enthusiasts, the Halle Vivier Merle and the Garibaldi pool. For some quiet, head to the municipal library or the Departmental and Metropolitan Archives.

The apartment is very well served by buses, bicycles, and is 10 minutes on foot from the Part-Dieu train station.

To reach the apartment from Perrache station, take Metro Line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, get off at Bellecour, then switch to Metro Line D towards Gare de Vénissieux and get off at Garibaldi. The apartment is a 10-minute walk.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu Station and get off at Part-Dieu. The apartment is a 10-minute walk.
