There is also a dining area with a table and 8 chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, range hood, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
You’ll also find a dining area in the kitchen with a table and chairs.

Villeurbanne combines the benefits of a big city with a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. By metro, tram, or bus, you will have quick access to all neighborhoods in Lyon thanks to extensive public transport options.

Villeurbanne offers a rich and lively community life: from youth to families and retirees, the area provides numerous cultural centers, sports complexes, associations, shops, schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of its residents is what gives Villeurbanne its originality and charm. With a strong cultural heritage, it includes historic sites such as the Gratte-Ciel, the City Hall, the National Popular Theater, Anatole France School, the Maison du Livre, de l'Image et du Son, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to develop with new neighborhoods like the Terrain des Sœurs, where our current project, Carrare, is located.

To reach the apartment from Perrache Station, take metro line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Flachet. The apartment is a 13-minute walk away.

St EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu Station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take tram T3 towards Part-Dieu Villette and get off at Gare de Villeurbanne. The apartment is an 8-minute walk away.

Please note that we do our best to ensure our guests' safety according to the AirBnB cleaning protocol by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.

IMPORTANT:

Only one set of keys is provided for tenants during their stay, and it is not possible to have multiple sets.
