The space

This spacious and stylish studio, with high-end amenities, has been fully renovated and offers all the modern comfort for a great stay in Lyon.
The apartment consists of a living area with a comfortable lounge space (WIFI, Smart TV) and a beautiful dining area that can accommodate 2 people.

In the living room area, you'll find a comfortable armchair and a TV corner.

Beyond the living room, there is the bedroom area, which is very spacious and equipped with a double bed with a hotel-quality mattress.

There is a fully integrated and equipped kitchen area with a Nespresso machine, microwave, induction hobs, and all necessary cooking utensils. Many additional amenities are also at your disposal.

The bathroom is equipped with an Italian-style shower and toilet.

Included in the cleaning / welcome fee:
Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels, and bath products).

Arrivals and departures are self-managed. All instructions will be provided to you before your arrival.

A complete digital manual of the accommodation will also be available to you with all the necessary information to ensure you have a pleasant stay (safety, amenities, good local addresses, etc.).

The neighborhood

A very central area of Lyon, just 50 meters from the metro and Lyon Part-Dieu train station.
The Part-Dieu shopping center is just a few steps away, as are restaurants, bars, and shops.
The Presqu'île is accessible within minutes by metro, tram, bike, or even on foot!

Transit
You have plenty of options! By foot, Vélo'V bike, Tramway T1, Metro B, and even TGV thanks to the Part-Dieu station located just a stone’s throw from the apartment!

HOUSE LINEN
We provide all the house linen upon arrival, including bedding for each bed and a bath towel.

WELCOME PRODUCTS
We also provide some welcome products (coffee, tea, bath products, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these products are provided in limited quantities to meet the needs of the first few days only.

CLEANING
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included a cleaning service in the rental price. This way, you can enjoy your stay without worrying about household chores. Our team ensures that your space is clean and welcoming for each new guest.
