The space

Welcome to this magnificent apartment located on Rue Meissonier in the 1st district of Lyon, perfect for discovering the city. It’s close to the Lyon Opera, the Museum of Fine Arts, and many traditional Lyonnais "Bouchons." Take a stroll through the historic Old Lyon district by crossing the Feuillée pedestrian bridge.

The apartment features a very spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, a sitting area and TV, and a large dining table for your meals. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a high table with stools, an induction stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils, along with a refrigerator/freezer.

There are three beautiful bedrooms with double beds, desks, and storage closets, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron is also available.

An vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and some cleaning products are provided. The windows have manual interior shutters (please ensure they are closed properly before using them).

The bed will be made according to the number of people listed in your reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat.

Some coffee capsules & tea bags.
A few cleaning products.
Attention: There is no oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels provided.

The neighborhood

The 1st district of Lyon is rich in historical and architectural significance. It is home to the City Hall (Hôtel de Ville), the Opera House, and the Museum of Fine Arts. The area boasts magnificent historical buildings, including the 17th-century Hôtel de Ville, designed by Simon Maupin and later modified by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, the architect of Versailles.

The famous Place des Terreaux is an essential part of the area, with landmarks such as the Bartholdi Fountain, the Palais Saint-Pierre (now the Museum of Fine Arts), and many other beautiful structures.

The Croix-Rousse hill is also part of the district, a UNESCO World Heritage site that offers a fascinating history of Lyon's silk workers, called "canuts," and the labor movements of the city.

Getting around

The apartment is well-served by public transport, including buses, metro, trams, and bikes, with Hôtel de Ville just 5 minutes away on foot.

Getting from Part-Dieu Train Station to the Apartment:
Take bus C13 towards Hôtel de Ville from the Part-Dieu stop and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk.

Getting from St Exupéry Airport to the Apartment:
Take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu station, then transfer to Metro A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk.

Public Transport:
