The space

Charming apartment located on Rue Sainte Marguerite, very close to the town hall and its park, as well as the Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon maternity hospital.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

A living room area with a sofa, TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils. It also has a dining table with two chairs.
A separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (140x190 cm), a storage closet, and blackout curtains on the window.
A bathroom with a shower, towel dryer, toilet, and washing machine.
Wi-Fi
Vacuum cleaner, mop, and some cleaning products.
Linen and Basic Products
Upon arrival, you will find linen and basic products in the apartment.

Regarding the linen:

The bed will be prepared based on the number of people indicated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (please bring extras if needed).
1 dish towel for the kitchen, 1 bath mat for the bathroom.
Regarding the basic products:

3 toilet paper rolls.
1 shower gel.
1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge.
Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival.
Some cleaning products.
Please Note: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels. No laundry detergent.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
No smoking inside the apartment.

Departure Instructions:
The apartment must be left tidy. The fridge and freezer should be emptied.
The washing machine must be emptied, and dishes should be put away.
The kitchen and bathroom trash bins should be taken to the trash room.

Getting around

Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon is an exceptionally well-connected neighborhood, perfect for those who want to enjoy the proximity of Lyon's city center while benefiting from a peaceful living environment. Just a few minutes by public transport, you can easily reach the heart of Lyon thanks to the TCL bus lines, including bus C19 and line 49, which take you directly to Perrache train station in the city center. Perrache is well-served with metro, bus, bike, and pedestrian access to Bellecour Square and the Saône and Rhône quays.

Bus C19: Stop at "Mairie Sainte-Foy," then a 5-minute walk.
