The space

Nestled on the Croix-Rousse hill, in a lively neighborhood rich in culture and history, this charming 200 m² villa offers breathtaking views of Lyon, with a captivating panorama of the city and its surroundings.
It is conveniently located with quick access to the heart of the Presqu’île via public transport.

The villa features a large, bright living room with a decorative fireplace, a modern kitchen with a central island, and a dining area.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious master suite with an en-suite bathroom, a large bay window with access to the terrace. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, and another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and bunk beds. There is also an office and wardrobes for your belongings.
The villa includes two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with both a shower and a bathtub.
Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
The property also boasts a large garden and panoramic terrace, perfect for escaping the bustle of the city

LINEN AND BASIC SUPPLIES

Upon your arrival, you will find the following linen and basic supplies in the villa:

1 bath towel per person per stay (if you'd like more, please do not hesitate to ask us)
1 bath mat for the bathroom.

Basic Supplies:

3 toilet paper rolls.
1 shower gel.
Coffee capsules and tea bags are provided for your arrival.
A few cleaning products.

Note: There is no cooking oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels provided.

From Gare Part-Dieu to the Villa: Take bus C6 toward Campus Lyon Ouest and get off at "Pont de Lattre RD". The villa is a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

From Gare Perrache to the Villa: Take Metro Line A to "Hôtel de Ville L. Pradel", then transfer to Metro Line C and travel to "Croix-Rousse". The villa is a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

Public Transport:

Bus: C6 and C5, stop at "Pont de Lattre RD".
Bike Station: Several Vélo'v bike stations are nearby.
