- 1 master suite with dressing room and private bathroom (bathtub + shower)
- Office room that can accommodate up to 2 cribs (on request)

Under the eaves:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children or guests
- Games room with sofa bed

🛌 Comfortable bedding & linens provided (sheets and towels)

🚿 Bathrooms
- Master suite bathroom: bathtub + shower
- Second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet

Air conditioning:
- Throughout the ground floor
- In the master suite
- In the south-facing double bedroom. The north-facing bedroom is quite cool and doesn't require air conditioning.
- Please note: there is no air conditioning in the two attic rooms.
- Fans available upon request.
- Washing machine & dryer available.

Parking spaces are present in front of the house, capacity of 2 to 3 vehicles.
