The space

Welcome to Désirée, a unique flat nestled on the 6th floor of a building with a lift, in the heart of Lyon's 1st arrondissement. Please note, however, that there are still a few steps to climb after the lift to reach the flat.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be charmed by the breathtaking view over Lyon's emblematic rooftops, which will instantly immerse you in the warm, authentic atmosphere of the city.
The flat is ideally located just a few steps from Place des Terreaux, one of Lyon's liveliest and most historic districts.

Inside, Le Désirée is exceptionally bright. With natural light flooding through, it creates a soothing, warm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The flat is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible: a modern kitchen where nothing is missing, a convivial living space, and all the equipment you need, right down to the little spoon, so you can settle in without a care in the world.

The neighborhood

Lyon's 1st arrondissement, particularly around the Hôtel de Ville where the flat is located, is a dynamic and sought-after area. Located in the heart of the Presqu'île, it offers a vibrant lifestyle with shops, restaurants, bars and cultural venues such as the Opera and the Musée des Beaux-Arts. With excellent public transport links (metro A and C, bus), it is a popular choice for young professionals and students alike. Its typical architecture and lively atmosphere make it an ideal district in which to make the most of life in Lyon.

Getting around

The flat is just a few dozen metres from metro stops A and C, providing quick access to the whole of the Presqu'ïle and eastern Lyon. Numerous buses are also located nearby.

We provide all household linen on arrival, i.e. linen for each bed as well as a bath towel and a hand towel per person.

WELCOME PRODUCTS

We also provide some welcome products (coffee, tea, bath products, toilet paper, etc.).
Please note that these products are in limited quantities to meet the needs of the first few days only.

CLEANING

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have included a cleaning service in the rental price. So you can enjoy your stay without worrying about housework. Our team will make sure your space is clean and welcoming to every new guest.
