The space

Located in the prestigious 2ᵉ arrondissement, the apartment is in the lively and sought-after Bellecour-Ainay district.
Place Bellecour (5 min walk): the largest square in Lyon, perfect for admiring the architecture and strolling.
Old Lyon (10 min walk): a historic district listed as UNESCO with its Lyon traboules and corks.
Rue de la République (5 min walk): shopping paradise with its boutiques and department stores.
The quays of the Saône and the Rhône (8 min walk): perfect for a walk or a jog.
Museum of Fine Arts and Musée des Confluences easily accessible.

🏠 The apartment is composed as follows:

✔ A living room: equipped with a sofa, a TV
✔A dining area with a table and 2 chairs
✔ A Kitchenette open to the living room: hotplates (2 induction burners), mini-fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils.
✔ A raised sleeping area with a ladder: equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), a wardrobe under the bed. Please note there is no door to close the room
✔ A bathroom: shower, sink with storage cupboard, towel dryer, toiletries available.

The neighborhood

Lyon is renowned for these restaurants: Its famous Bouchons Lyonnais, and its many starred gourmet restaurants. You will also find many barges on the Rhône which offer very interesting menus, you will eat in a very pleasant setting.

Right in the city center with its typical Lyon buildings, the large Place des Jacobins, the famous Place Bellecour and above all my favorite place in summer, the Quais de Saône, very pleasant when it is hot at the end of the day with a view of the Medieval district of Old Lyon and the Basilica of Fourvière

-Pralus: the famous praline brioche, I highly recommend!!!

Old Lyon - Saint-Jean district:

Gadagne Museum:

Very well served by metro, bus, bike and Place Bellecour 2 minutes away on foot.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, you need to take the C9 bus towards Bellecour Le Viste and get off at the Bellecour Le Viste stop. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away.

St EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, you need to take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu station and get off at the Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie stop. Then take metro A towards Perrache and get off at the Bellecour stop. The apartment is 5 minutes away on foot.
