The space

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure the comfort of 6 adults. It is made up of 3 large bedrooms.
The largest is a 25sqm master suite with a 160x200cm double bed, a bathroom and toilet.
The second bedroom of 15sqm has a double bed of 160x200cm.
The third bedroom of 15sqm has 2 single bunk beds of 90x200cm and a child's bed.
These last 2 bedrooms overlook a pretty interior courtyard.

The place is typically Lyonnais with 3.50m high ceilings, a large living room and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Children will find toys for all ages in the cupboards, and scooters for your outings on the docks. Young parents can benefit from a travel cot.

We provide you with bed linen and towels. We also leave all basic food items to facilitate your arrival.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator (there is one but it reaches 1 and 1/2's floor).

• For late arrivals between 8:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., we will ask you for an additional €24 directly on Airbnb. We do not welcome after 2

For your ARRIVAL: Arrival is physical and we will provide you with the contact details of the person who will welcome you the day before your stay.
Arrivals between 8:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. will be charged an additional 24 euros.

EARLY ARRIVAL:
Arrival times are between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Before 4 p.m. and only subject to availability, a supplement will be payable to you
request :
- Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.: €25
- Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.: €15

LATE DEPARTURE:

Departures are authorized until 11 a.m.
After 11 a.m. and ONLY upon request and validation from us (request no later than the day before 2 p.m.), a supplement will be requested:
- Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.: €25

• For a departure between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., a supplement of 50% of the price of the night will be requested.

Cleaning fees will be billed a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline or failure to comply with departure instructions.

• Sheets and towels are included. For any replacement of these during your stay a supplement of 30€ for 1 kit + 12 euros per additional kit will be requested. Please request
  24 hours before.

• The apartment door slams, so don't forget the keys inside. If this is the case, you will be charged €15 directly on Airbnb for the trip to open the door for you.

• Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, we will be uncompromising on the subject.
  Thus, if during the cleaning of the apartment we notice the slightest trace or evidence (odor, burns or cigarette butts), we will be obliged to demand a deduction from your deposit of a minimum of €300.
