The space

Live in an elegant and central setting
Our luxury apartments, completely renovated, are ideally located on Rue Joseph Serlin, on the 3rd floor of a secure building, just one minute walk from the metro and bus stop Hôtel de Ville.
You will be in the heart of Lyon life: stroll on the Place des Terreaux, visit the Museum of Contemporary Art, explore the market of the booksellers of the Quai Pêcherie or admire the famous fresco of the Lyonnais.

Each apartment pays tribute to a great female voice. The apartment Aretha Franklin, tastefully decorated, will seduce you with its warm atmosphere and absolute comfort.

A bright and warm living room with 3 large windows; the lounge is tastefully furnished, offering a high ceiling, a sofa bed (160*200cm), armchairs, shelves, and a coffee table. The windows have blackout curtains.

The apartment is equipped with a television and internet access to keep you connected.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a microwave, electric stove, small refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area with high stools for enjoying meals with family or friends.

The mezzanine bedroom area features a comfortable double bed (160*190cm), a chair, and a chest of drawers. (Height on the mezzanine 1.60m, height under the mezzanine 2m)

The modern bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower, sink, mirror, towel warmer, and a hairdryer. The toilet is also in the bathroom.

You will also have access to an iron, ironing board, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner.

TV with Netflix, Molotov where you can find main channels like TF1, France 2, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: The building's elevator is not accessible as it does not serve the apartment floor.

LINENS AND BASIC PRODUCTS Upon your arrival, you will find linens and basic products in the apartment.

Regarding linens:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of people stated in the reservation.
1 towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bathroom rug.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take bus C3 towards Gare Saint Paul and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.

ST. EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express towards Gare de Part-Dieu and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.

We do our best to ensure the safety of our guests by following the Airbnb cleaning protocol, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.
