The neighborhood

Explore this sloping neighborhood
Located in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon, the district extends from the Jardin des Plantes to the top of the Croix-Rousse hill. It marks the famous passage between the city of Lyon and the village of Croix-Rousse.
The neighborhood revolves around the Montée de La Grand-Côte, which almost vertically connects Place des Terreaux to Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse. To the west lies the Chartreux district with its gardens overlooking the Saône, while to the east, the Montée Saint-Sébastien, Gros Caillou esplanade, and Place Bellevue offer stunning views of Parc de la Tête d’Or and the Alps.

The neighborhood is a playground for children with several green spaces, such as Jardin Croix-Paquet, Les Chartreux, Sutter, and the Jardin des Plantes.

From Perrache Station to the apartment: Take metro A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, and get off at Cordeliers. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away.

From St Exupéry Airport to the apartment: Take Rhônexpress towards Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, then take metro A towards Perrache and get off at Cordeliers. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away.
