The space

ATTENTION: For same-day bookings, arrivals can only be made from 6 PM.
Beautiful apartment ideally located in the city center, close to Place Sathonay, Place des Terreaux, City Hall, and the Opéra de Lyon.
Only 7 minutes on foot from the Hôtel de Ville metro station (direct metro to Perrache and bus C3 to Part-Dieu station). Underground parking is available at Place des Terreaux.

This apartment for 6 people is located on the first floor (without an elevator) of a typical Lyonnais building. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. Fans are provided.

The apartment is located above a street with bars and restaurants.

Living area with a 140x200 cm sofa bed, TV, coffee table, large dining table with 4 chairs, and fans.

Two bedrooms:

The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), an old fireplace, and a storage space.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
Kitchenette: Equipped with induction plates, a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, utensils, and a bar with 2 high chairs.

IMPORTANT: The oven is currently out of order.

Bathroom: Spacious with an Italian-style shower, washbasin, storage cabinets, towel heater, and WC.
PRACTICAL: A laundromat (La Washerie) is located just below the building (open from 7 AM to 9 PM).

Linen and Basic Products
Upon arrival, you’ll find linens and basic products in the apartment.

Regarding linen:

The bed will be made according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel and 1 bath mat.
Regarding basic products:

3 toilet paper rolls.
1 shower gel.
1 dish soap & 1 sponge.
A few coffee capsules & tea bags.
A few cleaning products.
IMPORTANT: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels.

The neighborhood

The 1st arrondissement of Lyon is rich in historical and architectural wealth. It’s the administrative center of the city, with the City Hall in Place des Terreaux, and also the cultural heart with the Opéra de Lyon.

The history of this Opera House includes the creation of the Lyon Opera Orchestra in 1983, which combines young instrumentalists and experienced conductors. Prestigious names such as John Eliot Gardiner, Kent Nagano, and Iván Fischer have shaped its history.

Place des Terreaux is an important center in the district, with the City Hall building (constructed in the 17th century), along with the Saint-Pierre Palace, which became the Museum of Fine Arts in 1862. The Bartholdi Fountain, designed by the creator of the Statue of Liberty, further enhances the attraction of this square.

Lyon's vibrant life is marked by the bustling commercial streets of Rue Edouard Herriot and Rue de la République.

The Croix-Rousse hill, which dominates the district, provides a fascinating history, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Canut workshops and the struggles of the silk workers.

The apartment is very well served by buses, metros, trams, and bicycles, with Hôtel de Ville being a 5-minute walk away.

Part-Dieu Station to the apartment: Take the C13 bus to Hôtel de Ville from Part-Dieu station, then walk 5 minutes to the apartment.

St. Exupéry Airport to the apartment: Take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu, then take Metro A to Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from there.
