Located in the center, in the friendly atmosphere of the district of Sathonay, this apartment plunges you into the heart of Lyon, a stone’s throw from the Opera, the City Hall and Terreaux.
With its exposed white beams and half-moon windows flush to the ground, it offers an atypical setting, bright and cozy.
A few minutes from the banks of the Rhone for peaceful walks.

✔ A bedroom area with a comfortable 160x200 cm double bed, a bedside table and bedside lamp, as well as a television.

Practical: A laundromat (La Washerie) is located just downstairs, open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The neighborhood

The 1st arrondissement of Lyon is rich in historical and architectural treasures. It houses the city administration (City Hall, Place des Terreaux) and the cultural heart of Lyon, with the Opera House. In 1983, the Lyon Opera Orchestra was founded, quickly integrating young musicians with experienced conductors to offer both classical and contemporary performances.

Place des Terreaux, an important square in this district, features City Hall (a 17th-century building with modifications by Jules Hardouin-Mansart) and the Museum of Fine Arts (Palais Saint-Pierre). Bartholdi's Fountain, featuring the "Chariot of Liberty," adds to the charm of the square.

The area is also known for its lively shopping streets, such as Rue Edouard Herriot and Rue de la République, which continue into the 2nd arrondissement.

The Croix-Rousse hill overlooks the district, offering historical context as part of the UNESCO World Heritage site, known for the workshops of the silk workers, called "canuts."

The studio is easily accessible by bus, metro, tram, and bike, with Hôtel de Ville metro station just 5 minutes on foot.

From Gare Part-Dieu: Take bus C13 toward Hôtel de Ville and get off at Hôtel de Ville stop. The studio is 5 minutes on foot.
From Lyon St-Exupéry Airport: Take the Rhône Express to Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie, then take metro A toward Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville stop. The studio is 5 minutes on foot.
Public transport:

Bike stations are available around the apartment.
