Located in a quiet residential area, this house is ideal for a peaceful stay near Lyon! 🌿

Our home offers you:
Two cozy living rooms 🛋️: one on the ground floor and another upstairs with a TV corner 📺
Five beautiful bedrooms with workspaces 🛏️:
- a superb master suite ✨
- three bedrooms with double beds
- one bedroom with a single bed and access to the balcony 🌞
Two bathrooms:
- one in the master suite with a large bathtub 🛁, a shower 🚿, and a splendid double-sink vanity
- one independent bathroom with a lovely shower 🚿 and a single-sink vanity
A very bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped 🍴 with a 15-meter countertop, ideal for cooking 👨‍🍳. This space opens onto the dining area, which features a beautiful bench and six chairs. The kitchen also has direct access to a small outdoor terrace ☀️, also equipped with a lovely table, perfect for a sunny meal 🍽️
And finally, a beautiful garden with a large outdoor pool 🏊, perfect for cooling off in summer 😎

The area around 43 rue Joseph Ricard in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon is a quiet and green residential neighborhood 🌳, highly appreciated for its proximity to Lyon while offering a peaceful living environment.

🚍 Public transport

Bus C19: stop “Joseph Ricard” or “Ste-Foy Chavril,” 3–5 minutes on foot 🚶. It goes directly to the center of Lyon (Bellecour, Perrache).
Travel time to downtown Lyon:
🚌 By bus C19 to Bellecour: about 25 to 30 minutes.
🚗 By car: about 15 minutes depending on traffic.

You can also reach Metro Line D at Gorge de Loup via connecting buses.
