Located just outside Lyon, our fully renovated architect-designed house is the perfect place for an exceptional stay ✨. Stylishly decorated, modern, and filled with natural light 🌞, every detail has been carefully thought out 🛋️.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

On the mezzanine level, you’ll find:

Upstairs, you’ll find:

-👑 A stunning master suite with a king-size bed, a lovely TV 📺, a workspace 💻, and a large bathroom featuring a beautiful bathtub 🛁 and a double vanity
-🛏️ A third bedroom with a double bed and desk

-🎬 A cozy lounge area with a TV and video projector

📍 Neighborhood & Environment
Rue Gensoul, located in the residential town center of Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, is close to the Town Hall and local shops.
It’s a lively yet peaceful area, well served by public transport, and surrounded by small businesses and a pleasant park (Parc de la Mairie) — perfect for comfortable neighborhood living.

🚇 Public Transport Nearby
TCL bus lines: 6, 8, 14, 29, 49, C19, C103 serve the town center.
Bus stops just a few minutes' walk away: Sainte-Foy Centre, Mairie de Sainte-Foy, Sainte-Foy Châtelain.
Tram line T1 is accessible via Hôtel de Région Montrochet (about 10 minutes away).

🚗 Getting to Lyon City Center
By public transport:
Take bus lines 6 or C19 toward Perrache or Bellecour (~20 minutes).
Tram T1 from Hôtel de Région to Perrache or Part-Dieu (~25–30 minutes).

By car:
Direct access via the A7/A6 motorway, exit “Sainte-Foy,” then follow the quay and Avenue Général de Gaulle toward the center.

🚆 From Part-Dieu Station and the Airport
From Part-Dieu Station:
Take tram T1 to Hôtel de Région Montrochet, then walk or take a nearby bus (~15 min total).
Alternatively, take metro B to Gare d’Oullins, then bus 6 or C19 to Sainte-Foy Centre.

From Saint-Exupéry Airport:
Take the Rhônexpress to Part-Dieu, then follow the above directions (~40–50 minutes total).
Alternative: take the TGV shuttle to Perrache, then tram or bus to Sainte-Foy.
