The space

Lyonese chic: Between culture and gastronomy, this apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Lyon on foot. A stay without compromise in the heart of everything.

Accommodation:

Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, storage unit, TV, wardrobe
A dining area with a round table and two chairs
An equipped kitchen open to the living room with hob (2 burners), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, storage
A sleeping area, separated by curtains, with a double bed, bedside tables
A bathroom adjoining the sleeping area with shower, sink, WC, towel dryer

LINEN AND BASIC PRODUCTS
You will find linen and basic products in the apartment upon your arrival.

Regarding linen:

• the bed will be prepared according to the number of people indicated on the reservation
• 1 shower towel per person per stay (if you want more, remember to bring it yourself)
• 1 kitchen towel, 1 floor mat for the bathroom

Concerning basic products:

• 3 rolls of toilet paper
• 1 shower gel
• 1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge
• coffee capsules & tea bags offered for your arrival
• some cleaning products PLEASE NOTE: no oil, salt, pepper or paper towels. No laundry.

The neighborhood

In the heart of the peninsula and the “Lamartiniere/terreaux” district, our apartment is an ideal starting point for discovering the city.
you will easily access the banks of the Saône, the historic district of Saint Jean, the basilica of Fourviere, the hill of the Croix Rousse, the Place des Terreaux and the Palais Saint Pierre.
You will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, grocery store (presqu'ile supermarket open 7/7), numerous corks, bars, coffee shops and restaurants, typical markets (Saint Antoine or Croix rousse). You will enjoy the charm of the Sathonay square located a stone's throw away and where you may be tempted by a game of pétanque with the locals.

Getting around

Very well served by buses, metros, trams, bicycles and Town Hall 5 minutes away on foot.
You can set off on foot to discover the traboules of Lyon and the slopes of the Croix Rousse, the city center and its shops, stroll along the banks of the Saône or take the Vaporetto to the new Confluence district, its contemporary architecture and its museum.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, you need to take the C13 bus towards Hôtel de Ville at the Part-Dieu stop and get off at the Hôtel de Ville stop. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away.

St EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, you need to take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu station and get off at the Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie stop. Then take metro A towards Perrache and get off at the Hôtel de Ville stop. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away.

Please note that we do our best to preserve the safety of our travelers according to the Air BnB cleaning protocol by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival

ATTENTION :

• only one set of keys is given to tenants for their stay, it is not possible to have several.

Key collection will be done via KeyNest lockers in a store near the apartment (200m). It will be possible to collect them from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

• Sheets and towels are provided.
• The apartment is non-smoking.
• Pets not allowed.
• No parties or evenings.
