The living room, very bright thanks to two large windows, offers a remarkable living space with a superb marble fireplace, molded cupboards, and a custom-built library. The space is enhanced by a wooden dining table accompanied by green Art Deco armchairs, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm.
The magnificent open kitchen, fully equipped, is organized around a convivial central island and even includes an integrated wine cellar, perfect for wine lovers.

The neighborhood

Right in the city center with its typical Lyon buildings, just a few minutes from the famous Place Bellecour, Place Carnot and especially the Saône riverbanks, which are very pleasant in summer at the end of the day with views of the medieval district of Old Lyon and the Basilica of Fourvière.

The neighborhood where you will stay is very lively!

Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and grocery stores are all around you and accessible within a few minutes on foot.

From the apartment, you can easily reach Rue Victor Hugo, one of Lyon’s main shopping streets, ideal for shopping, having a drink or enjoying the many restaurants.

By crossing the Saône, you will quickly reach Old Lyon, famous for its cobbled streets, Lyonnais bouchons and traboules. You can also visit the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, located on the heights of the city and offering a breathtaking view of Lyon.

Getting around

Very well served by buses, metro, tramways and Perrache train station just a few minutes away.

PERRACHE TRAIN STATION / APARTMENT
To reach the apartment from Perrache station, simply take metro line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Ampère-Victor Hugo station. The apartment is then just a few minutes on foot (about 5 minutes).

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express towards Lyon Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie.
Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Ampère-Victor Hugo. The apartment is a few minutes on foot (about 45 minutes total).
