Beautifully renovated apartment, located just steps from the renowned Halles Paul Bocuse, perfect for experiencing Lyon's culinary scene. It’s also close to the Auditorium, Part-Dieu train station, and shopping center. Situated on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a secure building, with all amenities right at your doorstep.

The bed will be made according to the number of people listed in the reservation.

The neighborhood

Today, Part-Dieu is a neighborhood where people work, but also a pleasant place to live, go out, rest, get cultural, or create. It is a lively passageway due to its extensive public transport network, and is also a destination thanks to its commercial spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops
The area offers a wide range of services. Concentrated and convenient with the Part-Dieu Shopping Center and Halles Paul Bocuse, it is more dispersed in the neighborhood's different areas. Over 800 shops are available in the neighborhood, 30% of which are cafes and restaurants. The shopping center houses 240 shops and restaurants and attracts 35 million visitors per year.

Sports and Cultural Facilities
Looking to entertain yourself and relax? You can enjoy a walk on the Nelson Mandela esplanade, a concert at the Auditorium, a movie in one of the 14 cinema halls, an evening at the Bourse du Travail, or for sports enthusiasts, visit the Halle Vivier Merle and Garibaldi swimming pool. For more calm, head to the municipal library or the Archives Department.

Getting around

Well-served by metro, bus, bike, and Part-Dieu Train Station just 5 minutes away on foot.

From Perrache Station to the Apartment:
Take Metro Line A direction Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Cordeliers. Then take Bus C13 direction Grange Blanche and get off at Halles Paul Bocuse. The apartment is 2 minutes on foot.

From St Exupéry Airport to the Apartment:
Take the Rhône Xpress direction Part-Dieu train station, and get off at Part-Dieu. The apartment is a 5-minute walk.

Public Transport:

Metro: Line B, Stop "Part-Dieu"
Bus: Line C13, Stop "Halles Paul Bocuse"; Line C3, Stop "Halles Paul Bocuse"

Several bike stations around the apartment.

Parking:
Street parking available in front of and around the apartment, free from 7 PM to 9 AM.
