Appartement magnifiquement rénové, situé à quelques pas des célèbres Halles Paul Bocuse, idéal pour découvrir la scène culinaire de Lyon. Il est également proche de l'Auditorium, de la gare Part-Dieu et du centre commercial. Situé au 5ème étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble sécurisé, avec toutes les commodités à votre porte.

The apartment features the following equipment:

A separate bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside table, lamp, mirror, and storage closets. Blinds on the windows.
An adjoining bathroom (please note the space is open to the bedroom). Beautiful walk-in shower, island with a washbasin and storage, towel dryer, and hairdryer.
A small office space.

The bed will be prepared based on the number of people indicated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person for the stay (if you need more, please bring your own).

Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival
A few cleaning products, as well as a vacuum, broom, mop, and bucket.
ATTENTION: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels (Sopalin). No laundry detergent.

Le quartier

The Part-Dieu district today is a place of work, but also a destination where it is enjoyable to live, relax, socialize, and create. A lively area with excellent transport links, Part-Dieu is also a destination for its commercial spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops: The neighborhood offers a wide variety of shops. It's concentrated and convenient around the Part-Dieu shopping center and Halles Paul Bocuse, with many more scattered throughout the district. There are over 800 shops in the area, with 30% being cafés and restaurants. The Part-Dieu shopping center includes 240 shops and restaurants and attracts 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities: Need some entertainment or a change of pace? Take a stroll along the Nelson Mandela esplanade, enjoy a concert at the Auditorium, catch a movie in one of the 14 cinemas, or have a night out at the Bourse du Travail. For sports enthusiasts, there’s the Halle Vivier Merle and the Garibaldi swimming pool. For a quieter experience, head to the municipal library or the department and metropolitan archives consultation room.

Transports

The apartment is well-served by metro, buses, bicycles, and is just 5 minutes on foot from Part-Dieu station.

From Part-Dieu Station to the apartment: Take Metro Line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie and get off at Cordelier. Then take Bus C13 towards Grange Blanche and get off at the Halles Paul Bocuse stop. The apartment is 2 minutes on foot from there.

From St Exupéry Airport to the apartment: Take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu station and get off at Part-Dieu station. The apartment is 5 minutes on foot from there.

We do our best to ensure the safety of our guests by following the Airbnb cleaning protocol, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.

ATTENTION:

Only one set of keys is provided to guests for the duration of their stay. Additional keys are not available.
